Join the SSA Alumni Association Board
Reasons You Should Get Involved
SSA alumni join the Alumni Association Board of Directors for many reasons. Here are a few reasons why some have joined.
"I have a need to belong, participate, to contribute - metaphorically, I like to take part in the heavy lifting that any good organization needs to have done."
"I feel any graduate school needs to maintain connections with alumni in every state for...reconnecting alumni with the School and each other for public image and visibility."
"I highly value my SSA education and feel strongly about giving back to the community that has provided me with the skills and knowledge to contribute to my field."
"My interest in the SSA Board relates to how we need to recruit more students that have an interest in graduate school and human development issues..."
