Tuition
Tuition ranges from $75-$725; check workshop descriptions. Tuition fee includes all instruction, materials, and morning breakfast. Lunch is not included in the tuition price. On-site staff will provide a list of restaurants near your location on the day of the seminar. All registrations with full payment must be received by the registration deadline. A $25.00 late fee will be applied to registrations received afterwards. On-site registration is limited and is based upon availability. Please register early as space is limited.

Cancellation Policy
Participants who cancel their registrations at least one week (five business days) before the start of the session can receive a credit or refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received less than one week before the start of the course. We reserve the right to cancel any class, in which case participants will receive a full credit or refund.

Continuing Education Credit (CEC)
The Professional Development Program at SSA is a licensed State of Illinois provider of continuing education credits for social workers, marriage and family therapists, and professional counselors. At the end of each session, participants will receive a certificate granting continuing education credits (CECs) for the seminar. One CEC is awarded for every classroom contact hour, as noted in the seminar descriptions. Tuition must be paid in full before the certificates are issued. In order to preserve the integrity of the learning experience and to comply with the state’s certification requirements, attendance for the full session is expected, and participants may receive continuing education credits only for hours of actual attendance.

PLEASE NOTE: Replacement or duplicate certificates can be provided for a $15.00 fee. Duplicate certificates will not be issued for courses attended before 2005. Call (773) 702-1166 for information.
